Hygiene and Attire:

1. Demonstrate personal cleanliness at all times.

2. Wear clean clothes.

3. Ensure your skin is free of skin rash or infection.

4. Wear shoes that cover your feet.

5. Wear pants that cover your legs.

6. Wear a shirt that has short sleeves or sleeves that can be rolled up.

7. Have hair pulled back and/or secured.
